Current Issues Affecting The Network


21st April 2010

Someone's computer is infected with a spambot, so we've had to disable a port - this means that if you use a mail client (eg Thunderbird) to send your email, you'll have problems sending. Webmail continues to work fine. We'll re-enable it when we've figured out who it is - PLEASE check your computer for infection; you'll have received an email with our recommendations. Contact us if you need support.

1st April 2010

This is not an April fools gag!. The entire network is down and we are working on resolving the issue. The exact cause is unknown at this time, but we hope to have the problem fixed over the bank holiday weekend.

*Update: 2nd April* We have identified the issue and we hope to have the network restored at some point today.

March - April 2010 (Ongoing until Bramhalls have completed their work)

Due to Bramhalls working all over the estate, intermittent outages have occured, and may continue to occur until the works are complete. This is entirely beyond our control, but thankfully, these outages have only lasted a couple of hours.
